Is going to be dubbed in english or when it will be available in the States?

Funimation announced in July that they acquired it. They said they will be releasing it into select theaters (presumably sometime in December), and then on DVD/Blu-Ray early next year (probably March or April).

It was released on 27-Sept 2011 in the US. Like most or all anime, it comes with English dub and Japanese soundtrack with subtitles. This one has 5.1 sound and it's really good.
I know it's a year after the OP, but it's out, pick it up. It's quite decent. I really enjoyed it at least.
