There won't be a season 4 apparently. And Suzanne definitely doesn't want to be on camera, otherwise they would have involved her in stuff early on.
What I would like to see, however, is a show where Karl is just being himself. Let him travel wherever he wants to, I know Rick always said Karl is funny when he's angry, but making him sleep in horrible conditions isn't really that funny anymore.
That idea Ricky had about giving Karl 1 million pounds and having Karl invest it all, having to make another million profit, I'd love to see that.
Warwick's travel problems are probably real, whereas Karl's are mostly just imagined...
