Try looking for it using one of the alternative names. It's on Amazon Prime under Alyssa Portrait of a Teen Killer. My opinion is read the actual news articles, cry for Elizabeth Olten, and don't waste time watching this horrible - I don't even know what genre it is. The crew had a good idea but it didn't work in my opinion.
