Really evoked the feel of an anthology comic

Having grown up in seventies, early eighties I enjoyed that, I whiled away some afternoons as a kid with 80 page or 100 page giants that would have characters I knew well mixed with obscure ones, really enjoyed that; as well as the dreamlike comic store the linked the stories. Love to walk into a comic store that somehow had had new, cover price copies of comics from the sixties and seventies. Heaven for a comic geek.
