Attention DC: We want a Shazam movie

This short clip was fantastic, and my son asks to see it repeatedly over the spiderman movies, batman movies and superman movies. And I love it as well. There's absurd money to be made with the Captain Marvel character. Make a great live action movie and more cartoons and spend money to market it and you could have the biggest superhero franchise ever on your hands. A kid that turns into a superhero and beats up bad guys? No wonder he was the biggest hero pre WW2. Make this!

A shazam movie would be killer, hopefully when they finally decide to do so, they put it in the right hands. It really is a hit or miss, in the wrong hands, anything can be turned to $hit.

It was a good short. The problem with captain marvel he is relatively unknown outside the comic world. This short was a good step to get his character out there.I think dc animation should use him in justice league and then hopefully make a full length film just about him. This character is so kid friendly it's ridiculous dc don't do more with it. I mean he's a kid who loves superman who gets magic and becomes a superhero. I mean c'mon DC we love batman and superman but show off more characters like marvel does. At least DC is doing more with green latern with 2 animated films and a live action film.

Just this time please don't put Taquilles O'Neals in it! Ungh! Wasn't it bad enough that he ruined Steel?

A Captain Marvel film would rake it in at the box office if done properly, with the aim of appealing to both kids and adults (in other words, not dumbing down to appeal just to the under twelves).
