I do believe the OP was making a joke. Sadly I arrived here much later to do the same thing. :(

LOLOLOL Hey I would have LOVE to see Ioan Gruffudd in this movie! He a great actor not a big fan at him as Reed Richards. BUT this it would have been great seeing him in.

You could have still made your joke. Countless others have, whether they were being serious or joking. Saying that the title is misleading, etc. For those that are serious it baffles me that people can't understand what a metaphor is.

This script is written by the same woman who wrote "The Iron Lady" a few years ago. So when that came out were there tons of people saying, "I thought this was gonna be a spin-off of Iron Man"

As for the discussion of older man-younger woman vs young man-older woman. There are many biological/evolutionary reasons for why the latter doesn't occur as much as the other (older women can't have kids, younger women can, etc). But to be crass about it....who wouldn't bang a MILF? ;)

Oh, okay.

What about Doctor Doom? That would be cool.

Dr Dooms secret identity was David Copperfield.

Whoop de do. Another older man-younger woman movie . How come we seldom see the opposite, older woman-younger man ?

reply

<levity>The Fantastic Four -- that would be Dickins, Thackery, Tennyson and George Elliot? </levity>

reply

Some would say because older man-younger woman is the ideal relationship... Whereas older woman-younger man is just--- smelly and disgusting. Not me though. Nope. I'd say nothing of the sort! Ideals are best dealt with on an individual basis! Socio-cultural ideals are nothing but abstractions!

reply

Kind relationships are ideal !
