Great film

This is an example of what films can do like no other medium can. A wonderful look at the men who show that it is never too late, or less important, to change.

Praise for this excellent prison warden. The moments when he is talking are some of the most interesting, especially since we know he follows his actions to his words.

Praise for this excellent prison warden.

Yes, he was a great example of a prison warden. Many have a lot to learn from him I bet.

I wholeheartedly agree. I have been involved in prison ministries and it's amazing to me how society has such little forgiveness and understanding toward the men and women in prison and for those who've done their time and tried to reacclimate to society. The reality is, many convicts are not "hardened" and "heartless" monsters we are lead to believe they are.

It's wonderful to know that at least one warden can recognize some of them have something positive and helpful to share. I doubt we see it in our lifetimes, but I hope someday society will recognize that dehumanizing people is not a very effective solution.
