Horrible ABC Movie!

ABC Movie has produced some pretty good seasonal movies but this one was just awful.

- The movie tried TOO HARD to be funny and took an awful twist on an old classic
- If Christina Milian is to be visited by 3 spirits, why was Ashley always there?
- There was NO CHEMISTRY between Chad Michael Murray and Christina Milian, she had much more chemistry with Jason (Ryan Sypek)
- Christina Milian is such a better actress than this trite role allowed her to be
- Could we get any more Ashley Benson CROTCH SHOTS? I mean really - sitting on the stoop, sitting on the couch, crawling across the conference table and the one that comes from above...to name a few.

Sorry ABC but return to your sweet romance telling with Snow Globe, The Christmas List, Santa Baby, Snow, etc.

This was unwatchable....the acting was terrible and there was no chemistry with CMM and Christina Milian...I turned it off after less than an hour.

It was legit horrible.

I could have held you in my arms forever, and it still wouldn't be long enough.

I really wanted to like this movie but was disappointed at the end. For being the male lead Chad Michael Murray did not get many scenes with the leading lady. I agree with the people who have written on this board there wasn't much chemistry between the two of them. Finally, poor Jackee Harry having all of her scenes with a sausage dog, who she considered her son. lol

This movie was way too similar to the movie A Carol Christmas, if anyone's seen it. And I liked that one better than this.

I agree this was not very good. I'm kinda over the A Christmas Carol remakes until someone comes up w/a storyline that's truly creative. I was hoping this movie would be better bc: 1)I surprisingly enjoyed Snowglobe and 2)I liked CMM on OTH when I caught the show. He was hardly in this and I didn't really get the sense that those two had any history. I wanted to turn it off, but I hate wasting space on my DVR.

Someone upthread mentioned The Christmas List...I LOVED that movie! That was back when ABCFam really had the 25 Days of Christmas. I wish they would air Christmas Everyday again.

A recent Christmas Carol-inspired movie that worked was the one starring Tori Spelling. "Christmas Cupid" tried to aspire to be that and still couldn't muster 1/4 of its heart.
