What is it about?

I really liked the director's last movie so I am looking forward to this one.

The drifters – tells the young heroes of a generation that seeks to live everything, grasp everything that flows around: to waste, chaos in a fluid state… A chaotic Rome that is unexpected, full of surprises and sensations with adults are always in search of their dreams…

Found this description on some other movie site-

"Drifters is a curiously unengaging tale of a young man, Méte (Andrea Bosca), and the extreme lengths he goes to to stay away from the feminine wiles of his young step-sister Belinda (Miriam Giovanelli), who has moved into his apartment in the lead up to their parents' wedding. To keep himself occupied, Méte spends his evenings with his best friend, the womanising Damiano (Michele Riondino) and his boss, Bruno (Claudio Santamaria). Though his friends provide substantial distraction, and an evening with the frustratingly clingy actress Beatrice Plana (Asia Argento) eases the sexual tension, Méte still finds himself caught up in thoughts of his step-sister."

I don't agree with the unengaging part from the description. I've kind of liked it. At least, I could sympathize with Méte's plight (having Miriam Giovanelli as step-sister).
