First off, the book was AMAZING and I'm so excited that someone might be making into a film. That's fantastic because I feel that it's an authentic love story that ties in more elements than that of love itself. It's world building and how everything unfolds before your eyes is incredible. Lauren Oliver is a great author and I hope this film lives up to our/her expectations.

I have yet to finish Pandemonium so NO spoilers PLEASE!
So I bet you all are excited for the film. This is a question for ALL:

Who would be a part of your DREAM cast for Delirium??

Alex:Dave Franco
Lena: Im not sure but a lot of people have suggested Lucy Hale and I like her but I think she has a TV look.
Hana: I imagined her like Blake Lively's character in Sisterhood of the traveling pants but I don't want blake lively to play her at all.

Freddie Stroma looks good, but maybe looks old for the role (Julian was supposed to have an early procedure, I guess he's about 16 in the Pandemonium book. I may have interpreted it wrong, though). Someone said Alex Pettyfer and I think he fits well except from that detail too.

I don't know Alex Franco. I can't find a picture of him to see if he looks like Alex in my mind when I read the books. To me they should cast someone tall with a strong presence and personality like Keegan Allen, but younger and looking good with the right eye and hair color.

Lena: I never had Lucy Hale in mind (although she has the right height and complexion), I imagined Lena more like Rachel Bilson (she's 5'2" but much older than 18, I doubt she could fit).

Hana: It's funny but when reading Delirium I couldn't help but picture her as Ashley Benson (maybe because of the name? PLL fan here LOL).

I'd totally cast Alyssa Milano as Annabel, though she would be only a guest. It doesn't say anywhere Raven is black, but I'd cast Aeriel Miranda as her.

As I read the first book I imagine Grace Phipps or Nina Dobrev as Lena. And Blake Lively for Hana, but I'd love Candice Accola, Ashley Benson, or Freya Mavor.

I picture Luke Pasqualino from Skins UK as Alex for some reason. I just picture Alex to look like him. As Hana, I like Candice Accola or Ashley Benson. And for Lena, I have no idea. haha

Woah. Luke Pasqualino from Skins UK? He's breathtaking. I didn't realize that he could be a perfect Alex. He has the depth and emotion to be him. A very good actor.

Even Lena is supposed to be REALLY short, I like the Nina Dobrev idea. She's gorgeous but can easily be given the plain look, like with her character Elena in Vampire Diaries. :)

I imagine Hana as Ashley Benson , though she probably isn't as tall as she should be, also Lena as either Lilly Collins or Lucy Hale , and Alex as Evan Peters (???) or Asher Monroe.

Here's how I kind of pictured the cast:

Lena: Madeline Carroll would be a great choice. She looks pretty young still, but is actually the right age for Lena. Elizabeth Gillies would also be good.

Alex: Douglas Booth. I don't think he really fits the book description, but this is how I pictured him.

Hana: Someone like Blake Lively would be perfect. Imogen Poots would be okay.

Julian: If they tidied up Alex Pettyfer he would make a good Julian. Kind of how he looked in I am Number Four. Freddie Stroma would also be good.

I always imagined Laura Ramsey froms she's the man as hana, I dont know why.
But she is probably too old now.
I also like the idea of ashley benson as hana.

And for Alex I always imagined Colton Haynes from teen wolf, once again I dont know why.
