Ummm...Conners or Hackett?

Anyone notice this issue at the end of the movie, after the court case, Paul calls Laura and Laura calls her "Conners" (as he has done each time he's spoken to her for the entire movie), but she says "It's Hackett". Why is it Hackett? Because in the Credits Dylan is called "Dylan Conners" surely if this is family values and all that and she and Dylan are getting back together she'd keep her married surname? Which one is her married surname? Is this just an example of the screen writers etc getting confused with the names?

Her married name is Hackett. Imdb has the husband's character last name wrong. The daughters last name is wrong as well since in court she's referred to as Kelsey Hackett. They should have listed the wifes last name as Conners/Hackett.
