An inept judge

This is a movie about an inept County Family Court judge who needs to get control of her courtroom! The parties involved, the husband and wife, make endless speeches whenever they feel like it, while court procedure is completely thrown out the window. Judge Harriet doesn't know what she's doing and should be removed from the bench. That's the real moral of the story.
