Was the nicole/marker trying to suck Isaac's face? It looked like she was pinning him down and slowly going in, while screaming for a sucking kiss, but it zoomed out of his head to his death...

You mean during the final battle? I assumed she was trying to take control of his mind, so she could force him to kill himself.
