Batman: Year One release date; Catwoman short...
TV Guide has posted an article: First Look: Eliza Dushku Pounces into Animated Catwoman Role. It confirms that Eliza Dushku (Dollhouse) will reprise her Batman: Year One role of Selina Kyle/Catwoman for the animated short. It also seems to confirm that this is the same short, written by Paul Dini, that was conceived a few years ago and not a new one created especially for Year One. The short is directed by Lauren Montgomery who also co-directed Batman: Year One with Sam Lui. Here is a description of the plot:
In Catwoman, the femme fatale tangles with crime boss Rough Cut (a brand-new character created for this short, voiced by Futurama's John DiMaggio) in a breathless and brutal 15-minute chase through Gotham City tracking down a mysterious cargo shipment.Batman: Year One goes on sale October 18 on Blu-ray, DVD, On Demand and for digital download.
