Her name was in the cast list, but she never showed up in this movie. She's the sole reason why Timmy has fairy godparents. Not to mention it would have been so cool to see her in live-action too; they did good with everyone else.

shareI knew they would pull some crap like this. That's why you should always see the first premiere. It's like watching an award show. The first time they'll get away with some cuss words but then they disappear after. Hopefully somebody recorded the original one and they'll release it somewhere.

My guess is it's probably because it ends oddly and they don't want to fill the last 15 min w/ half an episode of a show.

I'm like OP ... I actually saw it when it first aired but perhaps I missed her part. What exactly did she do in this movie ~ seeing that she was the babysitter in cartoon and he's grown up in this movie?
Also should note that I didn't watch the cartoon much till I saw this and always assumed Vicky was just his older sister.
