Wasn't Timmy supposed to lose his memory of his fairies?

As soon as he lost his fairies? And, come to think of it, shouldn't there be consequences for Tootie/Crocker/bad guy learning his secret?

He's more myself than I am. Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.

I hate how they tampered with Da Rules in this...

That's what I thought! I guess that's where that "Timmy Turner Loophole" comes in.

All the world will be your enemy, Prince With a Thousand Enemies. And whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first, they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, Prince with the swift warning. Be cunning, full of tricks, and your people shall never be destroyed.

There are those who still know- they're still home. We're still home.

Into the woods, then out of the woods-- and happy ever after! (I wish...)

This movie can actually work with the Channel Chasers epilogue if you include this scenario:

The first movie allows Timmy to indefinitely keep his god parents. At the end of the 3rd movie, Timmy becomes a fairy, so Casmo and Wanda are reassigned. However, it turns out that Timmy's magic is only temporary, and once they wear off, he becomes human again. Therefore, he no longer has god parents, and both he and Tootie have to have their memories erased just like any other kid that outgrows their god parents. Years later, Timmy and Tootie's kids, Tammy and Tommy, get Casmo and Wanda.
