I believe it's truly coming soon.

Dave Mckean just recently announced on his website that Luna is now about 95% completed and that the 95% version was just screened to producers, this is what he tweeted: "Very positive couple of days; first bunch of fx shots for Luna in the can, Darkside doing a great job… Luna is a film I wrote and directed 3 years ago, stuck at post-production stage due to funding mess. Now back on track."

So I think it's finally getting close!!
