loved the Avatar last air bender(ATLA).going in watching korra my hopes were god damn high...but it was really disappointing .the show was too funny at the times i will give it that..but hated korra and all the characters ..the love/romance stuff uhhhh...dont get me wrong season 1 was very good but its nowhere near as good as ATLA ...so here's my question is season 2 any better ? will there be more of bloodbending ? is there stupid love stuff?

The love stuff is toned down a lot in season 2
The characters gets much better
No blood bending as the only surviving blood-bender is Katara
Part of season 2 (especially the start) isn't that great but from season 4-5 onwards it's bloody amazing. The double episode 'Beginnings' is by many considered to be the best moments of the entire series.

Season 2 is worse than Season 1 (although Season 2 has at least a couple of outstanding episodes. Episodes 7 and 8 in particular are some of my favorite in all of Avatar). However, Season 3 and 4 get quite a bit better, for the most part.

Stupid love stuff? Absolutely, although it's nowhere near as bad as it is in Season 1.
I agree with most of what people have said about this here, but I don't understand how you could think any show is "very good" if you happen to hate all the characters.

You're comparing a 12 episode season to a 61 episode series.
I personally enjoy short seasons as opposed to long, 20+ episode ones, but that's because I'm not really a fan of filler - and ATLA is full of those, especially Book 1 and the first half of Book 3.
Overall I'd say ATLA is better, but still, your comparison is too flawed to be taken seriously.
Korra may take place in the same universe as Avatar, but it feels completely different in almost every aspect. If you were expecting the same thing as its predecessor, but with different characters, albeit very similar, then this show isn't for you.
well now i have watched all seasons and i have to say show was great..but not as good as ATLA...love the ending especially
