Hot middle aged women. To name a few:

Kya
Pema
Senna
Izumi
Which one is your favorite? Kya all the way for me.
Middle aged? Not for a second did I assume Kya, Su or Lin were under 55. They have extremely grey hair, and considering this is an animation that grey is definitely an indication of age.
The only character we really spent any time with who I'd call "Middle Aged" would be Pema(you cradle robber Tenzin) and maybe Senna even though she's barely in the series. Even Kuvira I'd put at early 30s, but the others are all what I'd call "old".

Considering we see characters living into their 90s and hundreds, I'd say 50-55 is middle aged.
