there is nothing worse then seeing a disgusting couple make out after every little minor accomplishment and repeat constently the word "babe" or "baby". my god, what were they thinking when they made this show?

Just don't watch it if televised displays of affection is hairpullingly-upsetting to you. There's other survivor shows out there like survivorman or man vs wild where a visible female of the human race is lacking, and its just a rugged dude and his cameraman.
I agree with the OP. Noone wants to watch these two suck face every time she finds a couple of Acorns...

I haven't seen all the episodes but the closest to what you're describing I've seen is a quick peck on the lips. "Make out" would be quite an exaggeration.
Maybe it's for the few female viewers of the show.
If that's your definition of suck face, you must not have kissed many women (if at all)

You must be jealous because when you love someone you kiss them. I haven't seen any makeout sessions. Maybe some sweet talk that just adds humor to a crappy situation and boosts moral and that's something almost all survival shows lack. Probably third best survival show (basic cable) after out of the wild and survivorman.
