Open Letter to Gordon Ramsey

Gordon, on a recent visit to Las Vegas I took a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. I visited the Hoover Dam. I saw the most incredible shows and the most gorgeous women on Earth. I won over two thousand dollars in the casinos. But all that was nothing compared to ordering your Beef Wellington. I had not idea that anything could be so wonderful. It was absolute perfection.

After returning home I tried to find a local restaurant that had Beef Wellington on the menu. I found only one; The Duke of Edinburgh in Cupertino. It was just across the street from the new headquarters they’re building for Apple Computers so I figured it had to be good. But it wasn't! Their Beef Wellington was revolting! It was so bad that it wouldn’t be eaten by a starving goat in a life raft floating in the middle of the Pacific Ocean!

Gordon, please come to the Silicon Valley and establish a restaurant. If you can’t do that to at least come here to teach the local chefs how to cook. What we have now is disgraceful!
