Minato's dad is...

Minato's dad is.......<drum roll> the CEO of MBI <crash>

In Season 2, Kazehana asked him, "What do you know about your dad?" And Minato said, "My mother never speaks of him." And we know that his mother is Takami, #2 in charge of MBI. She is the one who helps the CEO; she is the one who went with the CEO, to the island, when he discovered the Sekireis. Kazehana asked Minato, about his dad, because she was in love with his dad, the CEO. And to see what Minato knew about him. And that's why Kazehana keeps saying, that Minato reminds her of "him."

So that means that, all the single number Sekireis, all the first 8 Sekireis, know that Minato's dad is the CEO of MBI.

Musubi and Tsukiumi don't know that Minato's dad is the CEO of MBI. And they didn't know that Takami was Minato's mom. Cause they are bigger numbers, and they weren't there in the beginning.

Minato's mom, doesn't talk about his dad, cause she thinks he is a real scoundrel. The reason she sticks around the CEO, even though she thinks he is a real nut job, is because she is married to him.


That is what I love about foreign movies. They are so intricate. You have to pay attention to all the little details. All the little things, that you don't think mean much, and seem out of place. But they are in the movie for some reason. ;-)
