A Random Question

Hello all,

Near the end of this movie, when Andy and Joyce meet with...err...Andy Margoulis and Joyce in San Francisco, there's a poster hanging on the wall. It reads: "Loveland Milford Mariemont Hamilton." This caught my eye because I grew up in the area, and I'm wondering why on earth a sign referring to where I grew up appeared in this movie. If anyone could get me a screenshot or answer my question, I'd appreciate it.
