It was rather interesting to discover that the 50 ounce steak that Joyce ate was actually 3 pounds 2 ounces rather than the 4 and half as described in the film which would have been the 72 ounce steak.

shareI thought that too. And it is interesting that the restaurant "The Big Texan" actually has a 72-ounce steak dinner that is free if you can eat it in an hour (which, obviously, this scene was based on)
