'Archer'
Haven't seen it yet, but the basic premise sounds a lot like (the cartoon) Archer's... What do you think?

Not that close. Archer is quite gross and surreal at the same time, InSecurit is more like classic spy-drama with Mr. Bean instead of Mr. Bond.
Also there is a difference in overall quality - Archer is a masterpiece, InSecurity is quite funny.
