wonderful tongue in cheek laugher...you can laugh when you want....you don't have a laugh track...

the saying goes, why are you watching it then...

can't stand american comedies, and i dont' watch...but the three canadian ones on cbc, to me are gold.....

Your comment was April Fool's right? Another saying, "if you have to explain it, then it's not funny". I like all different types of comedies from Extras to Rick Mercer to Wayne and Shuster to Seinfeld. This is not funny. I only get 3 channels on my tv. You're right... I'm going to read more.

My guess is that only the smart people will get this comedy. My witty friends seem to enjoy it.

This isn't a smart comedy at all from what I've seen. The humor was dimwitted and awful. Granted, I've only seen the first two episodes, but, god, those were terrible.

No. It's not junk. Far from it.

What I do feel, though, is mild disappointment. The premise is amazing. The show is only competent. If the show was as amazing as its premise, it would be a major television event.

It isn't.
