The janitor gets fired from his job because he is helping to train the kid on his off time, but nobody is having a problem with him grabbing the kid over his shoulder and hugging him while grabbing his butt.

I know that the scene was supposed to just show how glad he was that the kid won but its funny how just helping him box is wrong but the hug is okay.

Yes the ending had all the excitement of a root canal. I was hoping the kid would do what Rocky did to Apollo Creed but that wasn't going to happen. Instead he shows how he can take a punch and then give what he gets. I didn't care for the camera work in the ring. Anyway the ending was a bit fluffy for me.
