Why is the title so specific?

"The House That Drips Blood... on Alex"

Isn't a house dripping blood in the first place enough for a title?
Why not simply "The House That Drips Blood"?

Considering how often film titles are only vague references to the plot (or not at all), this one is oddly specific.
