Seriously!?

In the last scene the mom is actually teaching her to crack an eggshell??
Never knew that was a hard thing to do...

I like the movie, but that was just rediculous!

That made me laugh so hard too!

I thought: What person, over the age of 10, doesn't know how to crack an EGG?!

But to my surprise, when I mentioned this film to my mother (she was a HS teacher) & she said "Believe me, these days...teenagers don't know how to do anything!"

Sad.

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?

That scene ruined the movie for me. The movie started out with the girls in the kitchen while she baked, so it wasn't as if she'd never seen someone do it and based on their close relationship, I'd say they have probably baked together many times. My 4 year old cracks the eggs herself when we bake.
