My wife got me hooked into this movie, when we were waiting for company to arrive. I missed the last half hour due to an errand. What happened? She missed it too while getting ready. So, did the boyfriend end up killing her or what? What happened to the characters at the end. If I were Kelly or the one who was not being hit by her boyfriend I wouldn't have nothing with my aunt and uncle, whent hey kept believing their own daughter lie after lie.
If I recall correctly, Elizabeth finally breaks it off with Mark. But he comes after her in a coffeehouse with a weapon, but (in a refreshing change of pace) she talks to him, really talks to him and tells him that things just aren't right, that she doesn't want either of them to hurt each other anymore.
He gives up the weapon with a look on his face that shows even he was surprised by what had happened, by what she had just said.
I couldn't believe either set of parents here. How could they believe that her face was the result of a car accident?? Was there no accident report?
And Elizabeth herself was just ridiculous, even for a teen.
"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."
