If this show is real them how in the world..............................

can they sit in the same room with a kingpin of the drug world and film him with tons of illegal drugs, packaging, distributing, and not be contacted by the authorities as to the location of this person? How can you film a felony happening and not have to turn the people in. Doesn't this make you an "accessory" or a "witness". I understand filming addicts is not really a big deal, but they sit with these high up dealers with high quantities of drugs in the room and they are packaging and distributing on film. Wouldn't they be liable to turn this information in to the DEA?

Doesn't this make them a little accountable or is it all fake?
