Who played the old lady?

My favorite character was the old lady that ran the restaurant, but I don't see her in the credits. The second best actor was the rock next to the river.

Adrienne Harrell. She is in the cast list as Erma, the name of her character.

She was great in the first scene, a little monotone in the last one. Towards the end I didn't think that is how old ladies actually talk to young rascals. She should have been more school masterly. Particularly if she is the power in the town.
