This is on Wal-Mart shelves as "Legend".

They'll sell some of the most gruesome films ever made and display magazines like Cosmo, but they can't leave the word "Hell" on a DVD cover. There's even a film called "Hell" that they renamed "Apocalypse". Ridiculous.
