The 'Signature Swirl'...

..."moment" has to one of the silliest things I have ever seen. Even in a scripted show like this.

1) Almost every single cupcake baker I know who pipe frosts uses a swirl close to this.

2) Nobody who owns a business that requires cake decoration know-how hires people who can not pipe!

3) If you do have to teach something, you don't do it is on sale stock. That is why they make special piping sheets for bakers to practice on.

4) They pipe all day? Seriously? How could they have grown their store and client base to include soooooooo much charity and special catering if all they did was stand around and pipe all day?

I tuned into this show EXPECTING to like it. After watching it, come one TLC. You can no better than this! (And don't say Cake Boss because that show makes me want to hurl cereal treats!)
