Points on all the fakery

1. Cupcake flavors - they don't' really have cupcake flavors, they put different decorations on the same flavor cupcake. What people are paying for is location in Georgetown which is super expensive, those pink boxes and the double batches they have to make with people not wearing hair nets.

2. Professionalism - they were once corporate raiders? Then how come they can't plan their way out of a paper bag. Every major project comes down to the last minute. And people in DC know how to plan a gala, they give their caters plenty of notice. And people ordering something so important like a sweet sixteen cupcake, etc and no one has ever seen it until minutes before the even.t

3. No one in their shop can make cupcakes except for a few people. Why is their mom without a haircut making cupcakes.

4. No one in the shop knows how to work in the food service industry - my god.

5. A Wedding and no one wanted to do a cake tasting? The filipino community is huge in DC but they brought in a recipe to two "greek" girls to have cupcakes made. Really?????
