What Went Wrong With This Film?

Was it the final edit that made me say "Huh???" Or was it the script?

I had to rewind and watch the last scenes again trying to figure out who killed Alison. I kinda maybe possibly think I know who killed her, but I wasn't really sure so I came to IMDb. But I still have questions.

Who was the guy in the baseball cap?

Why were such good actors so underused? Or were they edited for time?

What went wrong with this film?

I'm thinking it was the final cut because the script had to be good enough to get Veronica Cartright and Christopher Lloyd to sign on initially.

What went wrong?

the guy in the baseball cap was the real killer

2) the actors probably got paid for little time. That's what happens, some actors get paid for a little bit of screen time.

3) nothing went wrong with the movie. The movie was fine

4) Veronica Cartwright was in Scary Movie 2... That script must have been AMAZING
