Not yet, but based on the fansites of Pattinson and Worthington, they recognized those scenes from their short films in the trailers.

Saw the DVD at Walmart the other day and indeed, the "movie" is just the short films. I'm not sure if they're segmented, or just intercut with one another (to make it seem all the actors are in the same movie).

They are, indeed separate short films, on one disc. Before each short, the title is given.

I was wondering when they were filmed. The actors looked so young, specifically Adams and Worthington. The films also look like they're filmed in the 90s, but apparently it's the early 2000s.

Interesting short films. They cover a lot of material in a short amount of time.

I'm the writer/director of one of the shorts.

If you'd like to learn how this project came to exist, or rather, how I learned that this project came to exist ... I wrote a short blog entry about it, which can be found here...

"Simplewarrior" got really lucky having his short compiled with the other shorts on a dvd listing A-list actors, but I think it's deceptive marketing. This is not new material, but that wasn't indicated anywhere on the dvd. I thought because the dvd said 2010 that it was actually filmed in 2010. Apparently, most of these shorts were film school projects from 2000-2008.

I got this dvd from my local library thinking it was different short films all tied together, but I was sadly mistaken. Each film is only 15-20 mins and doesn't really tie in with the others. Most of them end abruptly, except for Grasshopper and Blue Poles (I wanted to see more of Sam Worthington)--at least there's some kind of story there.

Pennies (with a young Amy Adams) is really amateurish and annoying, as is Auto Motives, which is all over the place (but it was funny seeing Michael Imperioli as the `stud`). The Summer House, with Robert Pattinson, isn't bad but needed to be longer.

I was more entertained by reading Simplewarrior's blog than by watching this so-called film.

In the car segment, in the RV there was the girl who plays MOLLY on TVs Mike and Molly with Moon Zappa......"Molly" was very young..as was Amy Adams and especially Sam Worthington...He worked out before AVATAR compared to this Austrailian segment.

Sam Worthington made the film for the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) in 2003.
