Made no sense what so ever....Spoilers

I'm all for gory horror films but I at least like them to make some kinda damn sense. From the start of this movie you have a chick swimming naked in a gator infested swamp, why? Then you have the towns folk offering women to the creature, what for, what did the village people get out of it? So the creature was supernatural right? So the redhead got her foot hacked off then offered to the creature, what was the point of that scene, wasn't she part of the in family? And the hero of the movie get's shot in the leg, then runs like nothen happened. Oh then the girl who was passed out in the tent, so the monster moved the tent to it underground dinning room and she didn't notice, and where was she when the hero came there to rescue his girlfriend.... Whey did it kill one of the locals? This movie gave me a headache, the only thing I like was the effects, boobs, and the Megan Fox look alike....

Ok, over all the effects wheren't bad, but the story just didn't make any F$%king sense at all.... Don't waste your money buying this movie guys!

Yes. The script seemed a bit muddled. But Oscar says something about giving the Creature blood and getting back what they need. This might be a god to worship or it might be offspring. When he told the legend of Grimly, Oscar mentioned that the family had only one last chance to bread -- Grimly and his sister. So after the croc killed the girl, Grimly went hunting for other girls. Some he ate, some he.... (Everything in this type of movie is always sex in one way or the other.)

Yeah. The foot chopping, I think, was just gratuitous. I don't understanding it. But Karen (the red head) was clearly a sexual offering to the Creature. Remember the lacey veil that's draped over her shoulders? A wedding veil. Same with Emily. When Niles rescues her, she's wearing some lacey dress that wasn't hers. The girls were intended as brides for the Creature all along by Chopper and the hicks.

Obviously, the wound was superficial.

Right. She was passed out. Intoxicated. Unconscious.
