Hahahahaha, what a tool that director is. You don't like my movie? You must be a lowbrow reviewer who didn't get it. Yes of course, it's completely 100% impossible that you made a bad movie.

He comes off like a child who got everything he ever wanted from his parents. I hope he never makes another film again, it was that bad.

Thanks for posting that, needed a good laugh at some d-bag's expense, and this hit the spot perfectly...

"Actually, he [Fred Andrews director of Creature] probably shouldn’t complain at all since is the most mainstream publicity the film has gotten to date."

And this is the significant point. That Creature went into theaters is a minor miracle.

I'm not sure it's poor ticket sales will help a future indie horror to get a "wide" release; which seems to be what the Sheinbergs wanted.

Still, it must hurt to have your film, even a B-horror, with the stigma of worst box-office performance. I'm sure everyone involved wishes that people would focus on the minor miracle.

"Although with so many obvious faults I've wondered how he couldn't have thought anything else. This is a first time director and that's probably where the biggest issue is."

I don't know anything about Andrews. And I never read any of his interviews before. I just stumbled into this movie last week out of curiosity.

So, Andrews eff'd up, and he thinks he can fix it now by saying he made a stupid movie purposely?

I guess the big question is, What producers will let him helm another production?
