Now the heat is off them for worst disappointment of the year.

To be fair, and not to defend those films necessarily, but how could this be considered a bigger disappointment than ANYTHING if there were zero expectations and no one even knew what it was until it just magically appeared on 1500 screens with no warning? I don't think anyone's really surprised by the quality (or lack thereof) or performance of this thing, and it'll be forgotten in a couple of weeks. Green Lantern was bad, sure, but it will stick with me, and I'll be able to talk to more than 2 other people about it's badness.

this was better than sucker punch by leaps and bounds. i almost fell asleep in sucker punch. this at least kept my attention and made me laugh.

what's wrong with "Hangover 2" worsening the disappointment of the year? :-) it beats "Creature" by a long shot.

is 2011 like official year of the stupidest movies ever produced in a single year? because it's a serious contender.
