Not that I'm a sadistic rapist....

But are there any other movies about monsters out there who use the women for mating and see the offspring at the end...? Like the last surviving female ends up pregnating a halfbreed monster..

The Hills Have Eyes 2 (2007)

Right at the beginning there's a woman giving birth to a mutant baby. She'd been abducted and help captive by mutant mountain men for a long period of time, completely topless and heavily pregnant, giving birth to a mutant rape baby.
