My husband reckons Lol will have given birth to Milkys baby as Woody HAS to find out eventually & that heavy handedness suits telly.
I don't think so.
Personally I was dissapointed by#2 has there were huge plot holes & characters I liked I now loathe (i.e Lol).
Anyone have any plot predictions?

I think certain secrets will arise and be discovered...e.g. Lol's affair with Milky, Lol killing her dad. I doubt Lol will be pregnant with Milky's child as the next part is set in 1988, meaning we'll be going forward two years. It'll be a bit too much drama to suddenly discover that Lol had a baby which was not Woody's, even more so with the time jump making such an occurance irrelevent to the present-time narrative.
Overall, where TIE '86 showed the strain on family (Lol/Harvey/Shaun) I think TIE '88 will depict the eventual strains on friendships and the gang, perhaps caused by the love triangle between Milky, Lol and Woody in the series.
I also think we'll have a death within the Gang. Perhaps Meggy's erratic heart will catch up with him!
Whatever happens, I think it's guaranteed we'll get our dose of drama!
