Somersault is on Netflix. Abbie Cornish and Sam Worthington. Definitely recommend.

Lantana with the wonderful Anthony LaPaglia and Geoffrey Rush. Great movie.

Old thread but I've thought of some for you if you stumble upon this board again. The movies you mentioned are all a bit bleak and gritty (especially snowtown and animal kingdom) although I havent heard of The Square so looked it up, so here goes

In Her Skin (aka I Am You)
Alexandra's Project
Bad Boy Bubby
Japanese Story
Backtrack (I havent seen all of ths yet)
The Tunnel
Rabbit Proof Fence
Romper Stomper
The Preposition as already mentioned
Jon Doe (have not seen but heard good things)
The Horseman (2008)
