Can a lawyer serve on a jury in the United States? In Canada if you attend even one day of law school you are ineligible for jury duty.

Also, can ANY person who served as a juror in a case serve as a lawyer for the *same* defendant in another??

And another thing- EVERY movie stills gets the Miranda rights thing wrong. They Only say that if they're gonna question you. Not as the arrest is being made as they do in sooo many films.

There is NO WAY she would have been selected, his lawyer would have had her dismissed during the jury selection. She probably would have been disbarred and held in contempt for her comments.
