Not as good as the first.

But it was still really fun and entertaining. It was never boring or anything.

Reasons it wasn't as good as the first:

-No Julianna Guill (well, apart from the flashback). I just LOVED, LOVED her in the first!
-Hardly any chase scenes.
-The death scenes were less bloody.
-The finale was tooooo quick.
-The 'Rollerdome' was a better location for a party.

But yeah, I enjoyed it. The acting was good and it had a pretty decent script and some good plot twists. Gore was decent, deaths were alright, but they showed too much of the mask-less killer IMO. Zoe, the bitch, was quite entertaining to watch also. Alex was my favorite character though. She was surprisingly really nice.

I'd give it a 6/10. I hope they make a 3rd!

Agreed. What I loved the most about the first one was that it was actually spoofing the the My Super Sweet 16 show with the spoiled bitches getting hacked to bits. Julianna Guill stood out the most in that movie, and I missed her in this one. The flashback did her some justice, but they could have skipped it.

Same.

But Julianna was a good sport to return for the sequel for just a minute. With her success, she could have easily said no. But hey, another horror credit to add to her resume!

Make that nightmare, not flashback. And yeah -- gotta love Guill. I really want to see Altitude starring her and Jessica Lowndes.

That's a good movie. Not what I was expecting (in a way or two), but good. Definitely a supernatural horror. Julianna plays a film buff in that one. That shocked me, ha.

Her character in that movie is def more likeable than Bree (slut) or Madison *beep* tho.

I thought the sequel was better paced.

This is worse than the time I lined up for hours for Free Willy and it turned out to be a movie...

I'd partially agree.

I liked the fact that they made it a direct continuation of the first and built up the story for the first half. I didn't like the fact that almost all the deaths came quickly. I mean, after Zoe dies, the five minute finale is like 2 minutes later. Ugh.

I also didn't like that Derek and Skye barely said two words to each other throughout the whole movie. I liked their relationship!

Derek and Skye will talk more in the 3rd.

Part 2 was terrific. They are really making this series perfect to watch back to back.

I love how 2 fleshed out future story and it was really really well made. Awesome movie.

How can they talk when he's dead?

Oh my gosh Liam, it's your boooaaat! It's on the waterrrrrr!

I wouldnt worry too much about deaths being less bloody - this is the cut version, the DVD unrated version is 100 mins.

I agree. I didnt think it was a bad movie at all, and it was still fun but I did enjoy the first one alot more.

I have to agree. I did still have a lot of fun, but the first was a lot better :)
I thought Zoe was pretty weak for a bitch though. Skye seemed bitchier

Agree with all of your points. The movie was still fun and entertaining but the first was better in every subtle way. First had better characters, deaths, chase scenes, and a better finale.
This movie needed gorier deaths, chase scenes, more memorable characters and a movie climactic finale. This movie was still good though, excited to see the third.
