Unsatisfied

I really enjoyed this one, but I have to admit that the ending left me a bit unsatisfied. Right now, I can't tell you exactly why, it just feels like there should have been more to it. I'll have to watch it again, and hopefully it will clear itself up somehow.

Don't know why? It's pretty simple--it's just weak. Generally either the "monster" loses by dying or wins by getting away, but here we have one twin kind of wandering off, and the other in a jail cell gnawing on someone's arm. The "hero" is also left wandering. I guess you could say it's "sloppy, like real life", but this being a movie it's really "sloppy, like the director had no plan"

It looked good at the beginning, but then fell apart 15 minutes in.

I'd give it a little more than 15 minutes, but yeah, I see where you're coming from. Sometimes I go into a movie with a lot of preconceived ideas as to how it's going to go, and I was so off on this one that I lost myself well before it ended.

Horrible acting, terrible writing, yea pretty much.

While I thought some of the younger characters could stand to benefit from some more Acting Classes... I liked the plot. Not knowing where the plot/s are heading is a great cliff-hanger..because you know there is more. I would have enjoyed it better if they focused more on the mother for some reason instead of skipping to present day...but I guess there is only so much time..All in
All not bad for a first time Director and his first Indie flick
