this movie looks really strange, it was filmed with a digital camera? i noticed some other films that looked like this, really unprofessional!!!
shareMark Strong mentions that the movie has a "Chrome" look to it. Which I think is beautiful. Havent seen any movies shot like this. More should be made like this.

It has nothing to with the camera. It's the teal color grading that is applied during post production and unfortunately is being used on many, many movies for the last decade or so. It makes everything look green/blue and completely unnatural. It's terrible and has to stop!
