So there will be another NEW movie that stars Diesel 10 from the clip they show at the end of Misty Island.....anyone know information about it?? =)

According to the Thomas the Tank Engine wiki (I know... who knew such a thing existed?), it'll be called "Day of the Diesels" and will be released in September 2011.
