I really enjoyed this movie. (some spoilers)

I see there are a few posts by people who think this movie is crap. I even saw one by a person who turned it off after 5 minutes. Actually, when Gugino says at the 5-minutes mark, "A lot of guys don't have the ovaries for this job" is when I knew I would like the rest of it.

So I watched it twice, on successive days, on Netflix streaming movies. I have always been a big Carla Gugino fan, she is beautiful and a good actress. I actually enjoyed it even a bit more the second time because I knew what the connections would be.

The script is well-written, interesting and witty, and for me had so many good quirky elements. Like the shy dentist suddenly finding himself in the midst of a robbery, of members of a nude ping pong club, having a gun without bullets. And finding out one of the nude women is his wife he has hired to have whacked.

Or the speech Hartnett gives Dawson near the end, about focusing on her strengths, that she can accomplish what she wants, thinking he would never see her again, but that then made her fall in love with him. Or at least 'lust.'

Or just the dance the three main characters did at the end while the credits rolled.

The movie just doesn't take itself too seriously, and the actors don't take ther roles too seriously, and all that adds up to a fun movie. One of the more entertaining ones I have seen lately.
