[SPOILERS] Question about sequence of events...

I know the movie jumped around in time quite a bit, but something does not seem to add up. Near the end of the movie, it is implied that he became a hitman AFTER his girlfriend (Tiwa, according to the subtitles) was murdered. It was even implied that she was murdered as a scheme to get him to become a hitman.

However, it seems very clear to me that he was already a hitman BEFORE she was murdered. On the day that he was kidnapped from his house, she is shown lying on the floor. She was murdered either that night (during the kidnapping), or maybe was just knocked out, and was murdered later.

But before that kidnapping occurred, Tiwa was still alive, and he was already a hitman. In fact, he already had the upside-down vision, which he got on a job as a hitman. He was already saving newspaper clippings of his kills that he did as a hitman.

So, on the night he was kidnapped, before Tiwa was killed, he was definitely already working as a hitman, and had already done the job where he got shot and got his upside-down vision.

Is there something I am missing? Thanks in advance if anyone can clear up this confusion.
